May 13, 1891 so far have not been able to connect him to other Owens in the county he was married to Sarah E. Gilbert, daughter of John Gilbert b. Nov. 5, 1827, d. Nov 10, 1905 she had the following siblings: Judith married to John Ziegler Ramsey; Armistead, Buck, Harriett, Mrs. Jake Hedrick (Memoirs of Armistead F. Ramsey) Mark Jones b. 1824 married Dec. 2, 1844 to Sally (Sarah) Rigney b. 1827 (Sur. Daniel Jones) John Davis married to Catherine M.E.
