Does someone on this list have access to the Virginia State Library Tax Records. I am trying to get some information on a Joshua Miller of both personal property and land tax records. They begin with the year 1782 through 1808 and from 1809 to the present for most of the counties.This information is from an old how to book on researching in Va and WV and it does not include internet information access if such exists. If someone could help or point me in the right direction ,i would appreciate it. Thanks Bonni
