What i've found was the marriage license and ministers return of his Marriage dated September 16, 1877. The location of the Marriage is listed as 'The Kentuck Meeting House'. and the minister... what looks like W. M or W. H. Barksdale. So, my question is... can anyone help me uncover any more info about the Kentuck Meeting house? Oh.. and btw... gramps... in case you guys have internet access in heaven.... Happy anniversary :-)

His mother was Emma Keatts so there is a fair amount on his Keatts line which went back to Richard C. Keatts and some on the Brumfields in his book "Fruit of the Garden". The Danville library may have a copy of it. I don't think very many copies were made of the book.
