Good Morning Dusty, I'm referring to your e-mail of 1 Dec and the reference to Stephen. There are two that I know of, one is son of James F. Midkiff and brother of John J. Midkiff. I think (not sure) this is the Stephen you refer to. The other is son of John J. Midkiff, Stephen S. Midkiff who died during the Chattanooga campaign of civil war on Missionary Ridge. I think he was married but don't know any more. For Spencer look in area of Lincoln Co., WV.
