Hello All! I have hit a dead end with my Scott ancestors. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. The following is the only information that I have collected so far. William Scott and Matilda Tabor Scott were named on the marriage record of their son, Robert Scott. Robert was born in 1871 in Franklin County. He married Rozina Midkiff, (dau. of Greenville Midkiff and Rhoda Nelson). Rozina was born in Patrick Co. on Sept 2, 1871 and died there on Dec 7, 1953. It is not known when Robert died or where he is buried. They were the parents of Ernest, Luther 1895-1974 married Annice Foley, Mary Elizabeth 1899-1973 married Carter Clifton and Robert Shelor, Walter 1909-1979, Emmitt 1914-1986 married Mamie Pendleton, and Lemley 1917-1964.
