Information in my database has Martha STEEL married to Henry FOLEY on 15 Mar 1821 in Washington Co., VA. I don't have a notation as to the source of the marriage information. I have Henry FOLEY as the son of Bartholomew and Barbara Hundley FOLEY. Henry b. ca 1791 and Martha b. ca 1800 and the daughter of Richard and Elinor Marlow STEEL.
