Her parents were Calvin ANDERSON and Ann WHITE. I'm not sure how this family relates to my grandmother, but John ANDERSON b abt,1730, m 28 Nov,1752 in Overton Parish, Stafford Co, VA; d 8 Oct. 1781 in SC His wife's name was Sarah CARNEY b abt.1739 in VA; d abt 1811 in KY. Their children were Dorcas m 24 Sept 1783 to Benjamin BARTON Esq.; John, Jr. m Cassa?; Joshua; Jane d abt 1859 m in TX Abraham; Bailey W. b 13 Nov. 1753 in VA, d 1 Aug 1840 in Harrison CO.. TX; Scarlett b 10 June 1756 in Overwharton Parish, Stafford Co. VA d abt 1783 in SC; William P. b 28 Nov. 1765 in SC, m Virginia Elizabeth EASILY abt. 1786. d 11 Feb. 1845 in Sumter Co.
