Barb, Jubal did have a brother Charles. It could be the same one, but with a second marriage. The only info I have on Charles is: b. abt. 1798 in Patrick Co. m. Patricia "Priscilla" Hollandsworth on 4 Jan 1819. Hopefully, someone else has more! Kathy Kuzas
