Thanks to Nettie Clifton, I made a connection with my Elisha Boyd, b. abt. 1807, Patrick Co., to Robert Boyd, b. abt. 1780 and married 23 Oct 1806 in Patrick Co. Robert and either a cousin or brother came to Russell Co. with a cousin Jonathon Boyd in the early 1800's. My question: does anyone have info or a suggestion about the parents of Robert and where these Boyds came from before they were in Patrick Co.? Thanks. Janet Estep
