Hopefully it will give us some more information for our search. Would you please look for STUART? We have grandmother Sarah Elizabeth Stuart b. 10/7/1888 m. Judge Howell Collier 8/16/1911. She said on marriage she was born in Pulaski. Sarah's parents were John Alexander Stuart b. July 1852 and Edmannia Virginia Davis b. March 1857. They were married 1873 and had the following children: John 1875, Tildon Oct. 1876, Hattie 1879, Ellen 1881, Alice Ada 1883, Charles, 1885, Sarah Elizabeth 1888, Frank 1889, Samuel 1891, Ira/Fred 1896, Ethel 1897, Myrtle Virginia 1899 and Mary 1901. We found John Alexander and Edmannia and children in Bland County in the 1880 census. In 1900, they were living in Pulaski. We cannot find them prior to the 1880 census, but grandmother said her family was from Patrick, Carroll, Henry and Bland Counties. Thank you for your help! Anne Bays
