I just checked it out, but it doesn't appear that this John WOOD had a son named Richard. I've been told (but have yet to confirm) that Richard's father was named John, and his mother was Milly ???. The information was listed in a WOOD reunion book put out in the 1930's. I'm trying to figure out where they were, but I don't believe it was in Patrick Co., VA. Hmmmmm.
