Deb, I am kin to both the Hubbards and DeHarts. I have in my book that Catherine Hubbard was born 1777 and died 1829. She married James DeHart January 25, 1797 in Patrick Co., VA, son of Aaron DeHart and Malinda Dennis. Children: 1) Lucinda DeHart married John Richard Wood October 4, 1821 in PCVA. After the death of Lucinda, John Richard married Nancy Hubbard. No children. Children of Lucinda and John were Anna Wood and Stephen Wood. 2)Elijah Hubbard DeHart, born 1807, married Exonia Leona Nancy Oney Grimmett, 7 children. 3) Thomas T. DeHart, married Milla McAlexandra, Second, married Margaret Boyd Dec 23, 1844 in Floyd Co., VA. 4)James Wilson DeHart, b. 1813, married Rebecca Martin Oct 22, 1835. 5) Mary DeHart married Nicholas Handy. Two children, Stephen Handy, John Handy. My book is still available if anyone is interested.
