Mary, I have a German Hollandsworth (s/o James and Nancy Craddock Hollandsworth) b. 20 Dec 1832 Henry Co., Va., d. after 1883 who married Martha Jane McGhee, b. 29 Aug 1839, d. aft 1883. Is this the same German? I also have a German who married a Susan. Could the 1832 German be a son of the German who married Susan? Do I have some of my records crossed? Pat C. Johns in Va.

Pat, Here is the line.......... Thomas & Susannah Mayes Hollandsworth >James Hollandsworth & Nancy Smallman> their son, German who was definitely born 1808, and died after 1870. He married Susan. Their daughter, Caroline Matilda was born Nov. 20, 1830. One of her sisters was Mary Frances. There was another German Hollandsworth in this family, maybe with Thomas or Madison Hollandsworth. I have all this info filed away somewhere.
