The Patrick County Genealogy Society will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 18th at 6:30 p.m. at Stuart Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Stuart which is directly across from the Patrick County Courthouse. Harry & Judy Roy of the Family History Center in Winston-Salem, NC will present a program on "How to do Oral Histories." They will explain how to sit down and talk with people to record their memories in order to preserve stories for future generations. This meeting is free and open to everyone.
