I am trying to find the correct father for Mary "Polly" King who married Charles Jones around (maybe before) 1790. She has been mentioned as a daughter of both Rev. John King and George W. King in Henry Co. Va. This was in the same Henry Co. book. Does anyone know the correct parents? Thank you. Mary

Don't have the answere for you, Mary, but it's possible that there were two Mary "Polly" (Polly being the common nickname for Mary in that era) KING... I descend from Sarah KING, b. abt. 1740 in Goochland CoVA who married Thomas CHANCELLOR 14 March 1757 in Goochland. Any cousins out there?
