I will list the things I can think of that have to be done for all of you ---- 1. Set a date and be sure Tom can get Jeb Stuart's Birthplace. Tom is checking several available dates. 2. Decide what will be furnished and how it will be paid for. I had been furnishing paper tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, knives, forks and spoons, prizes and the music until last year when Allison did most of the work and we split the cost. Allison always furnishes a ham. Some subscribers made donations to help with the cost. 3. Decide if you want any music. Chuck mentioned helping with music. 4. Prizes for whatever 5. Name tags 6. Register Whoever heads this and his/her helpers will be pretty much on their own in deciding what all to have. Last year Allison did a fantastic job getting all the crafts people and book sellers there. But it is up to the person in charge. Barb S.
