There is a Castlewood in Russell County Virginia, which is in the southwestern part of the state. It would be quite a distance from Patrick. However, I did find relatives from Henry/Patrick County stopping off there on the way to Breathitt County KY. They were listed among the petitioners for the formation of Russell County.
