Fulcher, 73, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Robert Hancock, Wednesday. Funeral services were conducted at the old home place near here Thursday afternoon. He is survived by two daughters and two sons: Mrs. Robert Hancock, Patrick Springs; Mrs. Hassie Reynolds, Critz; Dick Fulcher, Roanoke and Grant Fulcher, Bassett. A notice in the paper dated June 24th, page 7, col. 5, included the following information. Patrick Springs. John W. Fulcher passed away June 5 at the home of his daughter near Patrick Springs. He was afflicted with cancer for several years. He was born August 23, 1862, and on December 25, 1883 was married to Lucy Ann Martin. To this union were born eight children. His wife and four children preceded him to the grave several years ago. He leaves four children: R. G. Fulcher, Roanoke; Mrs. Robert Hancock, Patrick Springs; Grant Fulcher, Ferrum and Mrs. Hassie Reynolds, Critz.
