Patsy, maybe my brother did a worthless thing in sending in his and his brother's pictures; nevertheless, he did. I have heard no photos are shown, but I believe my brother did send them in. There is no use to argue about this. He did it, foolish though it may have been. Wilma: The Library of Congress has collected -- and is still collecting -- an extensive body of veterans' memoirs, photos, correspondence, and other memorabilia from all U.S. wars. An entire room in the Library is devoted to it, and it's a stunning place to visit. You can spend hours looking at the photos and reading the letters and journals. Is it possible that your brother sent his material to the Library rather than the Memorial?
