Wm. TAYLOR and Mr. Samuel Peachey of all and singular the Estate of Richard Lawson, which he now hath or lately has had in his custody and possession. Anyone have any additional info on this Capt. Wm. Taylor? My great-grandfather, Henry Lawson b abt 1810 of Patrick Co VA and later Stokes Co. NC named my grandfather Wm. Taylor Lawson. My grandfather, Wm, gave all his sons the middle name of Taylor. I have looked for years for Henry's parents. I thought a long shot might be a connection to Taylor families in the area.
