    2. Glenda, I have quite a lot of information about Samuel G. Harris, son of William and Elizabeth Hylton Harris. There is too much to give here, but if you could be more specific about what you need I will be glad to post it, or I can send a full report separately. Charles Leon Harris

    3. Art, I checked them all... found none in "Patrick County Marriages 1854-1874" by Jimmie Martin Steele. They probably married in Henry, Franklin, or Floyd County. 2. Art, I have that Milly Corn and William Hollandsworth had 2 children, Elizabeth who married William Martin 27 Oct 1846 and Peter Hollandsworth who married Mary Hollandsworth, d/o James and Nancy Hollandsworth. The above Elizabeth must be your ancestor. I do not have children listed for Elizabeth and William. This is not one of my main lines. Pat C. Johns in Va.

    3. Thanks to everyone who took the time and trouble to reply to my previous post on Martin questions! Here are a few others I forgot to include: 1. Who is the Elizabeth Martin, b. abt. 1800, and living with a 20-year-old John, in 1850? 2. Who is the William Martin, b. abt. 1775 (living with James & Nancy Harris in 1850)? Could he possibly be the son of William Martin & Edie Brumfield? Art __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! 3. John, Thanks for the info on Micajah. He also put up the surety for Kiziah Martin, for her 1835 marriage to Jourdon Keaton. I wonder if she could have been a daughter, too, or close relative? There are a number of Martins born in the 1810s and early 20s whose parents are apparently unknown. If you look at the way their birth dates are staggered, it suggests they could have been siblings - although not necessarily of Micajah. Just a thought, of course. --- "John Taylor Martin Jr." <jtmartin@bellsouth.net> wrote: > > 3.
