My Thomas Harris was in Louisa Co. prior to moving to Orange Co. in 1768. There are several Harris/Bourn court orders in Louisa Co. in 1767/68. My Thomas Harris appears in the 1782 Orange Co. census along with his son, Lindsay Harris in Wm Moore's precinct. I also notice there are some Bourn's in that 1782 Orange census. Is it possible that these Orange Co. Bourn's were previously in Louisa Co.? http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/va/orange/miscellaneous/1782oran.txt Louisa Co.
