A "cousin" I met through a rootsweb message board told me that her grandfather knew of a Thomas family cemetery in the area mentioned above. She describes it as being almost across from a radio tower. David's wife was Ann Rodes/Rhodes. Children mentioned in David's will (1819) were Kemp, Rodes, Carver, Samuel, William A., John, James, Eliza and Archelaus (my husband's gr. gr. grandfather). Can you tell me more about the Joseph Thomas you mention, and do you know if he is related to this Thomas family? Also, do you know who is buried in this cemetery? What road is it on, or off of? Family names that are related by marriage to this Thomas family are Watts, Baber, Robertson, Munday, Collings, Fitch, Robertson, Drumheller, Dowell.
