I am looking for information on Anthony Head. He was married to Mary (Garvin?). I believe he was born in Orange County. He then moved to Washington County and acquire 400 acres of land in 1773. Several of sons (William and Gavin) moved to Howard County, Missouri about 1810 - 1812. There is a Head Fort named after William Head in what is now Boone County. William Head inherited Anthony Head's land in 1781. His father may have been Anthony Head who was married to Sarah (?). Does any of this information match your Head family line?
