Jan beat me in sharing that website -- I have found fairly old names listed there. In this case, it identifies Martha's query but not Jane's. For the latter, searching for any name starting with "Long" in Botetourt Co. finds Long Run. A search of all streams (leaving the name blank) finds 115 entries for Botetourt Co., with Long Run as the only similar name to Long's Entry Creek. Searching the entire state for Long's Creek (leaving out "Entry" which results in no matches) finds 20 similar names in other counties.
