Could you tell me where these Martin's were from prior to Orange Co./Louisa Co.? I'm a Harris researcher who has Geo. Martin as a witness to one deed. I have a Brockman connection to my Harris line in Orange Co. around 1780'ish naming one son, Brockman Harris. Indent Dec 1766, Thomas Harris of Louisa (Parish left blank) buys 241a for 120 pounds 10 shillings on North Anna & Lickbranch in Orange Co. from Wm Neale of St. John Parish, King William Co.
