Hi Everyone, I have file of a scanned copy of a picture of the Nethers store across from the Mill off the Hughes River in Rappahannock Co., near the Culpeper and Madison Co. lines. It has the following people sitting on the proch numbered and identified (as well as a quote by one Billy Kilby): 1. Moochie Jenkins 2. Jessie Jenkins (Big Jess) 3. John Sisk 4. Millard or May Johnson 5. John Henry Lillard 6. Ernest Dodson 7. Dorothy Jenkins 8. Ruth Hudson I don't have the name of the source of the photo, quote and names, so I am not sure if it from an individual's file ro from a publication, therefore, I will not post it to my website. I don't know the date of the photo or the quote.
