    3. Marsha: In looking at the Orange Co. Road Orders 1734-49 online, a Benj. Hawkins is mentioned on many pages--the earliest is 1740, p 51. http://www.virginiadot.org/vtrc/main/index_main.htm Also a Francis Moor in the 1740 record. So they go back a long way together.
