Augustus Jennings and his wife, Rachel, purchased 100 acres in Orange County from Uriel Mallory, 1777. Sometime ago I received a message from an another list suggesting Rachel's last name was Mallory. Rachel's will was probated in Madison Co., VA in 1799. I continue to search for Rachel's family.
