They had at least eight children. The family also had land in Greene and Albemarle counties. Several of the children moved to Kentucky after the Revolutionary War. Some of their children migrated to Randolph and Howard counties in Missouri in the 1820's-1830's. May Burton (May Sr, Ambrose Sr.) was born in 1780 and died in 1859. He married Agnes Woolfolk first and then her sister, Nancy after Agnes died. They are buried in the Burton Cemetary near Higbee, MO. Let me know if any of this looks familiar.
