    3. Hi, Gayle. I don't know if you saw my last post on this mail list. It was about the founding of Zion Baptist Church in 1813. The men who met in brother Hawkins's home to found this church included two Mallory men: William and Roger. I have been particularly interested in this Mallory family because my Thomas Ross Hawkins is said to have lived his entire life at Mallory's Ford. I visited the place called Mallory's Ford as well as the present location of Zion Baptist Church....along with the area of Orange County where I believe these men to have been neighbors. I recognize Uriel's name as well. I would be interested in talking about these families via this mail list.
