    3. Descendants of Winifred Generation No. 1 1. WINIFRED1 was born 1746. She married (1) JOSEPH HOLLIDAY Abt. 1762 in Albemarle Co., VA, son of JOHN HOLLIDAY. He was born 1741 in Orange Co, VA, and died Bef. 1785 in Orange Co, VA. She married (2) SAMUEL ESTES July 22, 1776 in Albemarle Co., VA. He was born 1730 in of Albemarle Co, VA. VA Deed Book 18, p. 310 Know all men by these presents that we Samuel Estis and Winifred Estis of the Co. of Orange are held firmly bound unto John Holliday, son and heir of Joseph Holliday, dec'd, for the full and just sum of 100 pounds, witness Mar. 24, 1785, and the said Winifred Estis have agreed to give up all rights of dower, to a tract of land lying in said county of Orange on both sides of the Marsh Run containin 170 ac, which tract of land Joseph Holliday died siezed of, and in which the said Winifred Estes, who was wife of the said Joseph Holliday dec'd, upon his death was entitled to her dower.
