ADAMS, b. abt. 1844, married Lucy J. BROOKING in Orange County on 15 Feb. 1866. One daughter that I know of is Susan C. ADAMS b. 1870, who was the second wife of Douglas Gordon MASON. They married in 1893 in Orange. John Q. was s/o Robert ADAMS and his wife, Mildred MASON. Their known children were Mildred A.; Eliza Jane; John Q. and Festus S. ADAMS. Anyone sound familiar?
