He later moved to Kentucky & had at least one child, a dtr. named Frances Sarah COWGILL, born about 1804 and she was married on 2 FEB 1848 to James C. FRANKS. ANy information on COWGILL family would be helpful. Anyone with a census or tax record for about 1780 or 1790 that could check for Daniel COWGILL, I would truly appreciate it!!
