Helen may have been married to a man with the last name of Eby. Her second marriage was to Thomas Foley in 1938. Out of this marriage was born in 1939 Helen Elaine Foley. (This being my mother whom is deceased). I understand that after Helen and Tom divorced, she remarried and had five other children and three step children. I'm not sure exactly where the formal parish boundaries are (and they don't really mean a whole lot in the modern day), but St. George's Church (of St. George's Parish) is and always has been in Fredericksburg, Va.
