Have you checked to see what newspaper is in Lottsburg, or looked at a map to see the nearest town that would have one, it it doesn't? I sent her a message to check www.timesdispatch.com It's a Richmond paper, but covers that area. Lottsburg is a tiny little place you could go through and not know you were even there. No newspaper in that little town.
