Anyone researching the HOWSON family of Virginia? I am interested in Elizabeth Howson who was married to John Ledford in 1742 in Lancaster Virginia. John Ledford wrote his will on 10May 1751 in Lancaster Co. Va. and died circa 1754. ELIZABETH HOWSON was the daughter of Capt. Leonard Howson (1701 - 1737) and Anne Fleet married 1722. She is the Great grand daughter of Capt Leonard Howson and Elizabeth Lee.
