Hi My Donovans lived in Norfolk sometime between 1857 and 1863 when they moved to Indiana. I believed they lived with family. Here is the family and I hope someone recognizes them. James P. Donovan born Ireland 1831, son of William Donovan, married to Ellen Lynch born 1830 Ireland, daughter of Hugh Lynch. At that time they had the following children: William H. Donovan born 1855 New York Thomas F. Donovan born 1857 New York Mary Elizabeth Donovan born 1861 Virginia. The next child was born in 1863 in Indiana. I imagine the Civil War drove them out. When James died January 12, 1910, they sent copied the obit to both Macon, MO and Norfolk, VA. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
