Gracie, I would scan lots of pictures of Norfolk and Portsmouth..but they are in books and from the newspaper (don't know how those newspapers would scan) but I have no way of knowing if these pics are copyrighted..how would I find out? There are sooo many great photos of early Portsmouth in these books that I have..and probably a few pictures of Norfolk from the newspaper that I have kept..let me know what you think of posting them to your page..what about if we posted them and gave credit to the photographer? Think that would be legal? Gee I have 3 books on the area..the pics sure would look great on the site huh?
