    3. Hi All, I too am looking for information on the Norfolk area in and about 1845-1865. I am researching PEYTON. Marietta Peyton was my gr-gr grandmother. She was born in Norfolk, VA in 1845. I have looked at the census but found nothing that seemed to match. I would like to know how I would find a birth record on her, and her parents and siblings. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreicated.
