Hello, I just got off the phone with the Norfolk Court House for old records write IKON Management Services Norfolk Circuit Court 100 St. Paul's Blvd Norfolk, Virginia 23510 They will charge .50 a page for copies I ask about how much to send , the gentleman said they will bill you You will need to tell them as much information as you can names, maiden names, dates etc. Hope this help Patti ps.
