I have established a new KEYSER maillist to seek out William KEYSER, believed to have been born in NORFOLK, VA. Can anyone tell me anything at all about him existing at one time in NORFOLK? We are a group of researchers, some with years of research, who are downright *stumped* on this fellow. He fought in the revolution. He married a Kesiah or Keziah, probably SNEAD, but maybe also HARRIS.
