The Norfolk County Archives Project really needs your help. There have been no new files submitted to the project since January!!! I became the archivist for the page in April, and have had nothing new for the county since that time. If you have any documents that you could transcribe for the project, they sure could be used. If you are unfamiliar with the Archives Project, please take a moment and visit the page at http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/va/norfolk.htm There are some files already in place there, and quite a bit of work has went into the page since April, so stop on by & see what you think. Any kind of document containing genealogical information can be submitted, like Bible records, wills, deeds, obituaries, census entries, births, deaths, marriages, & military records to give you some ideas.
