Hello List, I hit a brick wall, this wall is growing every minute. I was hoping someone might be familiar with the following names Giddion or Gidden Davis William Collins Davis b.1869 d. 1940 Andrew Jackson Davis Stonewall Jackson Davis William Collins Davis is my gggreatgrandfather, from his death certificate Gidden/Giddion Davis was his father and Caroline Lambert was his mother. Now I understand that William was born in Old Princess Anne County, Virginia and live all his life in Norfolk. He was married two time , his second wife was Lottie Lee Wells. Now Andrew Jackson and Stonewall Jackson Davis are connect to the family somehow, from old scrap books my grandmother had there was stories and Obit's cut in this book. The only things I can come up with is maybe Stonewall was Gidden/Giddion brother. but, I have not been able to fine anything in Census,land records, nothing on these 4 men. There is no one in the family left that know anything about these men. Any Ideals where to go from here, I no longer live in Virginia Thanks in advance for any help or ideal Patti
