I'm looking for any information on Kemphis Q. SPEAR and his family....the last I have on Kemphis is as follows: 1920 Census of Portsmouth, Norfolk Co., VA SPEAR, Kemphis 30 Born in OH Mail Carrier for Post Office 901 Fourth Street/ Dwelling #14 / Family #15 He was living with several other people in this house. And did not appear to married at this time. He later married, as I have a picture of him and his family. I would very much like to locate any of his family. Thanks for any help....
