Would like to hear from anyone researching the Denby family of Norfolk Co, Virginia area. I have a James Denby born 1735-l742 in Virginia (Norfolk-Nansemond Co, VA area). Am trying to find his parents and brothers and sisters. In l760 he is in Granville Co, NC and after that appears in Bute/Franklin Co, NC. He married Patience ?.
