I haven't a clue. It has occurred to me that it could be Oliver Brown Owen or Oliver Brown Munson or something like that. I find it interesting that none of Joseph's other grandchildren are named- "Joseph Van Orman, died April 6th 1824, numerous progeny, 173 children, grand and great grand-children, 153 "now living in 1824". So, my assumption is Oliver must have been a child of Anna, the only other grandchildren named in the will. Of couse, then why money from Levi?
