I am searching for any information regarding a Lloyd VANCE who married (or lived with) my mother about 1939-1940 in NE. She later left him and married my father. We are a family of dark haired, dark eyed individuals, except for my older brother who is blond with blue eyes. In the interest of possibly establishing a more realistic family lineage for himself, my brother has asked me to try to find any living relatives of Lloyd to see if there are any family similarities, etc.. He would like one day to know who he looks like. My parents are deceased now, but my mother has previously told me that Lloyd VANCE had only one arm. (I don't know why, but I wish I had asked more questions when I was younger.) And my mother also said Lloyd VANCE travelled by riding empty railroad cars to other cities. Does anyone know this man?
