I don't recognize Amelia E. Vance but I do have some ideas on how you could proceed. Please accept my apologies if you already know to do the steps I suggest and were just looking for a connection. Check the PA census records for 1860, 1870 for Ameilia in her parents' household. She may have moved out by 1870, in which case of course you look for her in Jacob Hazel's household. Once you know her parents' names you can check them in the 1850 census as well. Note all her siblings (some could have been born and died by 1860 so do check 1850). Order a copy of her death certificate. You can verify her parents' names this way, and possibly get her mother's maiden name. Trace her family and her parents' family in the 1900, 1910, 1920 census and you'll get a lot more information, such as where parents were born, how long they've been married, how many children were born to them.
