Looking for information on Emeline VANCE, born ca 1835 in MS. Living with a GRAYSON family in Clarke or Marengo County, AL in 1850. Married a GRAYSON whose parents were Young W. GRAYSON and Emeline CAPELL. In 1880 she was in Milam County, TX with her brother-in-law, Horatio Capel GRAYSON. She was in Rockdale, TX in 1908, because I have a postcard sent her there by my grandfather. Who were her parents? Was there a connection or perhaps with the CAPELLS before her marriage?
